Photography That $ells

I have spent a lot of time in the MLS looking at pictures of houses for my clients and there is one MAJOR recurring theme… Agents have no clue how to properly market their listings with photos. Whether it’s fuzzy, bad lighting, poor angles, or just plain poor decisions on which photos to use, clients are definitely not getting what they should from their agents. I don’t necessarily put all the blame on the agent, they may not have the tools to do the job. I don’t mean a $1000 camera or the correct lighting trees. I mean the creative juice that it takes to take the right photos. I personally know my limitations and that’s why I employ someone to take my pictures for me. She is awesome with angles, capturing the features of the home and consulting with the seller on what needs to be done to show the home in it’s best “light.” I am attaching a couple of pictures that the has done for me as examples and if anyone wants to hire the job done right at an affordable price… just contact me and I’ll put you in touch with her.
